Download the example spreadsheet from your dashboard, fill in your learners and upload it. Each one gets their own sign-in code, which is their whole login.
Print the code list, cut it up, give each learner their slip. They check in daily, you see how they're doing and get alerted when someone may need support. Nobody can add themselves to your school, so nobody outside it ever appears on your dashboard.
